Is it possible that, much like we believe Trump did to prevent foreign interference in the ruling of our country, Obama issued a PEAD to justify all of this?
I realize the "plan" was for HRC to win and clean this up afterwards, but there was an 8 week time period after the 2016 election to set up "legal" blockades by the Obama admin. Curious to see what other think about this possibility.
