Welcome to the party, pal! When I got up on Jan 6, 2023, I couldn't walk. I've been struggling with weight for decades, as well, but my inflammation got so bad, my hips had so much pain, that I could not walk. I had been having trouble standing up, and walking, haven't been able to run or do stairs without extreme pain in my hips for 4 years. I figured I would probably need hip surgery, but I'm 55. I was too young. I knew it was inflammation, so I researched anti-inflammatory diet, and found Dr. Baker, Dr. Berry, Dr. Bright, Steak and Butter Gal and many more in you tube, and started watching. I decided that day to go 100% carnivore immediately and informed my husband, but he was somewhat skeptical. We loved bread, and pizza, and he was slightly unwilling. I told him I wanted to do it for 30 days to see what happened. But within 2 days, not only could I walk, but I could run with no pain. I was doing stairs and walking like a normal human. He was convinced, and we've been in that journey ever since. My hair has grown back thicker and fuller, I sleep better, my skin is better, my cognitives are better, my bloodwork is better, we don't fart anymore because we don't Ferment carbs in our bellies. And I've lost 70 lbs. My doctors and nurse practitioners have seen what I've done and have changed their own lives, their families' lives, and their patients' lives. No more sugar, no more carbs, no more veggies, no more fruit. Just delicious, wonderful, meat, and animal products, and salt. My life has changed so much for the better. Both of our lives. Every so often, we have a few bites of something we used to love, and the negative effects are sometimes immediate, and terrible. God led me to it, and I'm so grateful. The number of lies they tell us for money is criminal and they're killing us all. They should be in prison forced to eat what they've sold is healthy. I just celebrated my one year Carniversary. I couldn't be happier! Congrats, Brian!

Did anybody happen to notice that as people began to reduce the amount of fat in their diet, Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's and other degenerative disease rates started going UP? Also, did you know that eating healthy fats minus accompanying simple carbs will make your cholesterol counts go DOWN? I just proved that again in my latest physical exam. That food pyramid would be more accurate if it were turned upside down.

Brian, now look into the drinking water. There’s a trial taking place today in federal court in San Francisco which has the U.S.E.P.A. defending the pseudo-science of water fluoridation. Get your sister from a different mister to follow this on Zoom…

Fantastic progress you have made! I can lose weight following a keto diet without being hungry. If I eat one carb-heavy food, I’m starving for the rest of the day. You have inspired me to get back on the wagon.

Oh, Brian! You are an excellent researcher! I’ve watched the US citizens get heavier and sicker and the processed foods explode. The conclusions you have reached are 💯! When we realize the truth about the invisible fascists in control who have fairly openly for decades spouted their eugenic ideology in the fake climate hoaxes (oh, and consistently profit from funding both sides of all wars); it is NO surprise they would be willing to profit from fake science, too. These are extremely evil people! Of course there is a reason America has been deliberately targeted with additives not allowed elsewhere….we still have our constitution and millions are willing to defend it. Where the US goes, there goes the world! You bet we’re targeted above all. (Did you notice the sheer lack of obese men invading the border? There aren’t any.)

Congratulations, Brian. Very interesting. I'm having coffee with cream (no carbs, just fat) in the mornings, and then don't eat anything until at least noon. Then, I eat what I like, I use Swerve natural sugar substitute, until early evening. Then I stop. They say this resets your metabolism every day to "fast" for 12-15 hours or so.

I started listening to Mike Adams, the heath ranger, about the ingredients in food. What was beneficial and what was harmful. Started wondering 20 years ago why the FDA wasn't telling folks about GMOs and other harmful substances added to food. The medical INDUSTRY and the Cancer INDUSTRY are happy to have patients to fill the pipeline and the cashflow. What a country, sad.

Hubs and I decided to do the Keto diet after years of eating garbage made with seed oils and high fructose corn syrup. Neither of us was extremely obese but we were up on the BMI chart. We cut out all starches, sugar, and wheat. Wheat is evil in my opinion. I've had to learn a whole new way to cook and we only eat when we're hungry. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and took metformin for while. Until I found out the metformin destroys muscle mass. I haven't had blood work done yet, but I am looking forward to see if my numbers have improved. Congrats to you and your weight loss. I have to tell myself I didn't put it on overnight, and it's not going to come off overnight. It's not a sprint it's a marathon.
