Yes, your conclusion is absolutely correct (in my opinion) and exactly why the b.s. machine is geared to its highest level! The problem with serial lies is that over time lies must be piled on top to coverup or modify the previous ones, and when this has happened a number of times, the liars forget what the nuances of the original lies were, and often what the original lie was for! At the same time the truth edges ever so slowly to the light; when the convergence of the truth and the 20th iteration of the lies occurs, truth always wins.
