Ever wonder why the carnivore diet has to be compared to sugar, white flour jelly donuts and other garbage? Because it’s second from the bottom as far as quality. It doesn’t have humans preferred fuel, carbs in complex form, plant phytonutrients, or fiber. As a consequence of these deficiencies, low or no carb diets raise cortisol , catecholamines, disregulate blood pH which causes calcium loss and eventually weak bones and disregulates the microbiome, which can cause intestinal and other problems. The Mediterranean diet has long been regarded as the healthiest way of eating.

Some of the health articles I have been reading are alerting us to be on the lookout for Crickets in some of our products, the EU has been using this ingredient for a while now.

So, now when I shop, as I read the list of ingredients, I have now added: Crickets, which is labeled as Acheta Powder.
