If Barry sticks with Heels Up, it will be a clear sign that he's given up being able to steal the election and will have to go to Plan B, either attempt to cancel the election or somehow prevent Our President from taking office. If, as some suspect, he can somehow get Big Mike on the ticket, then the same will happen - no chance to steal leaving the remaining options, keeping in mind that the level of devastating information on Barry will be mind bending as it hits the public consciousness.
