I will hold off on pre-celebrating a victory here. It appears Durham made his case but it would not surprise me if someone from the Deep State was planted on that jury to hang it. I don’t believe the jury will acquit Sussman, but if he is only HUNG (punt), I could live with that!!
Sussman, if found guilty somehow by his buddies, will get a seriously stern tongue lashing, followed by a formidable finger-pointing admonition to never do this again.
