My main concern is how these fuks will lie cheat and steal! Remember what happened with the Ghislane maxwell trial with ‘them’ planting someone in the jury pool so they could push a mistrial! I have to wonder if all of Sussman's pushback influences the judge - if not overtly, then subconsciously. How can someone possibly stay neutral when being bombarded by the lady doth protesting too much? It seems that the very public play-by-play would also put some sort of pressure on the judge to rule "correctly."
This is better than any fiction, that's for sure.
Actually, Sussmann's team questioning the qualifications of the FBI's Cyber Unit is not too much of a stretch, since the Assistant Director apparently doesn't even know where Hunter's laptop is.
