Biohacking Your Way To Better Health!

Here's Me Babbling For 2 1/2 Hours About 10 Things You Can Do To 'Hack' Your Health!

To briefly summarize the video:

I discuss how we are designed beings with wonderfully and magnificently created bodies that need NATURAL sources and signals to thrive.

Modern society has hemmed us in to the point that:

1. Our exposure to sunlight is minimal

2. Our exposure to the bare Earth is almost nonexistent

3. We are surrounded after sunset by bright artificial light

4. We live in a literal Toxic Food Culture that teaches us to vastly overfeed ourselves with the wrong things

5. We're taught to vastly minimize our consumption of salt and animal fat

6. We're living in a 'sitting' culture that traps many people in a sedentary lifestyle where they spend more than 85% of their time sitting down

7. We never challenge our bodies and instead, we pamper them, so they adapt to this by becoming weak and sluggish

To combat these seven things, we need to pursue the natural forces & signals our bodies are designed to 'soak in' and get our daily/nightly energy from:

1. Sunlight

2. Dark [yes, as the Earth is itself, we too are designed by God to be creatures that thrive in the dark when we are sleeping]

3. Magnetism/Grounding on the Earth

4. Sea Salt [Minerals & electrolytes]

5. Water

6. Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide

7. Cold/Heat [to 'shock' the body into full gear]

8. Real Food Diet

9. Movement/Exercise [RESIST THE SIT!]

10. Fasting/Time-Restricted Eating

Doing these 10 things, especially tossing the Toxic Fake Food for Real Food, will greatly increase your health.

And I've discovered that the idea that the only way our body gets energy is by eating is 100% false.

While Real Food certainly does supply the body with energy, your body is wonderfully designed to take natural forces like sunlight, magnetism, oxygen/C02 and convert them to energy as well.

The difference between a human body limited to only one energy source [food] and one that is regularly tapping in to not only food, but multiple OTHER energy sources as well [food, sunlight, oxygen/CO2, magnetism/grounding] can be stunning.

I've been able to 'bio-hack' my way from getting only 4-5 hours of sleep per night since this past March to a steady state of 8+ hours over the past week. The difference in my energy levels and mental clarity from struggling through a day after only 4-5 hours of sleep to 8+ hours is AMAZING.

I've listed the 10 steps in this post and discussed them in the video above; anybody can do them.

Sunlight is free. So is walking on the grass. [Well, in most places!]. Breathing exercises don't cost anything. Completely darkening and cooling your bedroom, removing all distractions = 0 price tag. Taking an ice-cold shower every morning won't break your bank. Sea Salt doesn't cost all that much more than the worthless regular table salt. A good hydrogen water bottle is about $70. Fasting doesn't cost anything - or Big Pharma would've found a way to make money on it by now.
