Very astute analysis of Atty Durham's filings! I am not a lawyer, but I've hung around courtrooms enough to separate winners from losing points of law. Especially the atty-client privilege, which doesn't exist if the attorney is a co-defendant. The only way DNC/Biden can stop all/any of this is to fire Durham. And I think history shows us what happens when that card gets put on the table. Oh. I *was* a spy (COMINT-type during the 1970s), I get your points and agree. How things have changed for the worse!! Of all the treason involved, it's Obama's, Brennan's, Clinton's and Biden's burden to carry: I hope all of them hang.
