Trump Lawsuit Against RussiaGate Conspirators Shadows Durham
Trump Will Wait For Durham To Reveal New Evidence Before He Begins Using It In His Civil Suit
Without any hint it was coming, on March 24th, Donald J. Trump dropped a bombshell in Florida when he filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida [USDCSDF, or SDF for short]. And what a lawsuit it was.
The Fake News Media instantly mocked the lawsuit, sneering that it’ll be quickly dismissed as an unserious stunt.
A sampling of some of the headlines and taglines that immediately went out within a day of the lawsuit being filed:
You get the idea.
[I’ll point out these are the same Fake News legal geniuses who told you Project Veritas’ defamation lawsuit vs. The New York Times was also a joke stunt and would be quickly dismissed. How’s that been working out for them?]
What these pompous Corporate Media jackasses are missing - or not stating overtly - is that if Trump’s lawsuit is a wild conspiracy theory fantasy, so are Durham’s indictments and his recent filings.
Because what Trump’s well written 180 page lawsuit does brilliantly is provide a concise summation of all of the current evidence found in both the indictments and court filings made thus far by the John Durham Special Counsel’s Office [SCO]. He leaves almost nothing out from all 3 Durham indictments thus far - of former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, former Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussmann, and former Orbis Business Intelligence employee Igor Danchenko.
The lawsuit demonstrates that there was a massive plot enacted against Donald J. Trump and his close associates that began when he was a candidate for the Presidency and continued on into his term in the White House. The people involved in the plot spanned a presidential campaign, various private law and intelligence-gathering firms, news media outlets, and even operatives embedded inside federal agencies.
So while Fake News won’t openly mock and ridicule John Durham, they have no problem mocking and ridiculing the cases Durham’s been making with his indictments and filings via using Trump’s lawsuit as a proxy.
What Trump appears to me to be getting ready to do is the ‘shadow’ or ‘parallel’ the new Durham SCO revelations as they are dropped in new indictments over the coming months.
And more indictments are coming.
Almost every observer who’s followed this from the beginning, from William Barr to Kash Patel to Devin Nunes and others think Durham is far from being finished. His recent filings in both the Sussmann and Danchenko cases clearly point to where he is headed, and he’s made some eye-opening disclosures recently, such as that Hillary Clinton was employing a private contractor who was spying on Trump Tower as well as the Executive Office of the President after Trump took residence in the White House.
Where’s Rosenstein?
One of the most curious facts about Trump’s new lawsuit is who isn’t named in it: former Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein.
As you can see from the first page of the lawsuit filing with the Florida district court, Trump wasn’t shy about naming just about everybody else as a defendant. And according to the popular narrative, Rosenstein was the prime driver of the conspiracy against Trump from inside the Justice Department, as first Jeff Sessions and then William Barr looked on either helplessly or as accomplices.
As I stated on my Telegram channel right after news of the lawsuit broke:
Aw gee. Trump missed his opportunity to sue Rod Rosenstein along with all the other members of that RICO conspiracy against him. Poor guy. Is he ever gonna get anything right? I mean, how do you carefully craft a 108 page lawsuit targeting literally every other member of the conspiracy and leave out the biggest driver of it? It’s really curious….
As I've said for going on 5 years now: IT'S OK IF YOU THOUGHT RR WAS A SNAKE. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO. That's what disinformation put out by the Trump team is FOR. It's to confuse people. They do it deliberately.
Rosenstein was running multiple investigations from 2017 all the way through the time he left the DOJ in 2019 that never leaked. Not just DURHAM. He was also running an investigation using a crack FBI leak hunting unit that was handing off it's evidence to a federal grand jury. AND NOBODY KNEW ABOUT IT AT THE TIME. Because the operational security was JUST THAT DAMN GOOD.
And now Donald J. Trump himself, on the warpath against EVERYBODY who wronged him with this RICO criminal conspiracy to destroy him, his family, his candidacy and then his Presidency just somehow, by some arcane act of sorcery, forgot to include Rosenstein in this lawsuit filed with the federal court in Florida.
Whatever happens with this lawsuit, it’s going to be fun to follow it as events unfold. On an evidentiary footing, Trump’s suit is on solid ground because he’s using Durham’s own evidence, which his SCO has already used to file criminal charges. Just because the Fake News claims Durham’s cases are ‘absurd’ does not make them so.
This is why I don’t believe Trump’s lawsuit will be summarily tossed as many of the news media outlets are confidently predicting it will be. If it reaches the discovery phase, and I think it will, everybody in that defendant’s list is going to sorry they ever tried this conspiracy to destroy Donald Trump and his family.
Remember who wrote this:
“My motto is: Always get even,” he wrote. “When somebody screws you, screw them back in spades.”
Trump goes on to describe various situations in his life where he retaliated against someone who didn’t pay back a favor, or who went out of their way to say something negative about him. He also writes that he takes pleasure in seeing the people who attacked him receive their just deserts.
Mind you, this was petty vengeance over simple social faux pas – with the latest Russian hoax witch hunt they tried to overthrow his election and frame him for betraying the nation — that amounts to treason, punishable by death!
Moreover, Trump says it’s important to hit someone back “15 times harder.”
Trump has complained and has been furious at being targeted by all these people in an obvious conspiracy for years. Yet he waited until March of 2022, more than a year after he left the White House, to finally file this lawsuit seeking justice against them. And he had his legal team carefully craft the lawsuit as a civil version of Durham’s cases combined in one civil RICO case.
That tells me he waited until the Durham SCO had revealed enough to weave the story he needed for the RICO lawsuit he intended to file.
As a former President who had the highest security clearance, Trump knows what’s coming, and a lot of what has yet to be publicly declassified. So he waited until Durham had declassified enough to act by making this filing in the Florida district court.
But nobody in the fake news media will tell you this.
Go figure.
