Mandates Are Not Laws

And doubly so if a mandate cannot be enforced

Well Joe Biden did it.

He came out yesterday and rolled out a new OSHA rule that he claims will lead to mandatory vaccinations for over 100 million Americans.

But he’s wrong about that. Very wrong.

100 million Americans are not about to salute Big Brother and march willingly off to the clinic to receive the jab.

Because this is still America. Things look bad in some blue states, and even some red states are having problems in some of their urban counties, but the country as a whole remains strong.

The global elite trying for the Great Reset has been forced to move too far too fast and are now locked into a incoherency as they go faster and faster over their agenda items.

Just two short months ago, the vaccines were still being touted as the cure that was going to end the COVID-19 pandemic. Remember that? It wasn’t that long ago.

What happened in less than two months? All of a sudden there were thousands of breakthrough cases throughout the world where fully vaccinated people began contracting COVID anyway. And not only were they catching the virus - they were become ill with it. Many were becoming sick enough to be hospitalized.

It got so bad the CDC was forced to announce **it was going to stop counting the number of breakthrough cases in the United States**. There was no scientific or medical reason to stop counting the breakthrough cases, and that’s when it dawned on a whole lot of people who hadn’t been paying much attention that this was political and about power and money.

And so in the past six weeks an increasingly alarmed US population has watched COVID cases actually increase despite the fact more people are vaccinated than ever. They watch with consternation as very same authorities who were touting the vaccines to them just a short while ago as the end of the pandemic now yell at them that they must get the boosters shots because the vaccines were never meant to stop someone from catching the virus.

You know what caused an awful lot of the ‘vaccine hesistancy’ out there? Suddenly hearing from these increasingly authoritarian officials at the NIH and the CDC and AMA that the vaccine was never supposed to end the pandemic after hundreds of millions of people had already been vaccinated.

Why’d they wait until the vaccination program was well underway and the breakthrough cases were manifesting themselves all over the world in order to snidely make this sudden admission that the vaccines didn’t prevent COVID infection and roll out the booster shots? A reasonable person would ask themselves this question.

A reasonable person would then hesitate to get the vaccines if they hadn’t yet.

Biden is now insisting he can legally institute a mandatory vaccination program for over 100 million Americans who are not yet vaccinated.

He’s about to find out just how wrong he is about that. Nothing he is insisting he is going to do, having OSHA implement this new vaccine mandate, is legal or constitutional.

At last count, 26 governors have said Biden’s mandate is unconstitutional and they fully intend to resist any attempt to enforce it in their states. That number is expected to grow.

While Donald J. Trump was in office, those who opposed his presidency and insisted he was illegitimately elected called themselves “The Resistance”. Special Counsel John Durham is getting ready to reveal his response to The Resistance’s greatest effort to prevent Trump from winning the 2016 election and then to undermine his presidency: The fake Trump/Russia collusion scandal launched by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the fraudulent surveillance warrant that resulted from the fake evidence given to the FBI.

While The Resistance was a DC swamp phenomenon that engaged in a myriad of illegal activities in fomenting the Trump/Russia collusion hoax upon the country, an actual resistance that encompasses more than half the US states is now taking shape.

That means in the coming weeks the DC ‘Resistance’ is about to learn firsthand what a real national resistance to tyranny actually looks like.

Recall also during the violent rioting last summer in major US cities where small bands of roving masked criminals affiliated with Antifa and the Black Lives Matters movements engaged in murder, violent assaults and millions of dollars in property damage, the mainstream media painted this as some kind of weird positive development. “Social justice” was supposedly accomplishing great things on a foundation of ashes, to hear the Left leaning media commentary about it.

I can’t wait to see how the mainstream media covers what’s coming. The people who are going to be resisting these unconstitutional and unenforceable vaccine mandates won’t be clad in black or wearing masks. They won’t be roving through the streets in small gangs looking to block intersections or vandalize buildings.

They are going to be everyday Americans standing up for their rights. Without fear, without violence, and with no fear.
